Q: Do The Truffles Need To Be Refrigerated?
A: Yes, we do recommend our truffles be stored in the fridge until your have a craving!
Q: How Long Do The Apples Last?
A: Our apples last for about three weeks without altering their delicious flavour. However, we have never heard of our apples going that long without being eaten!
Q: What Is The Best Way To Eat One?
A: We always recommend that our apples be cut for the best flavour experience. Simply cut two sets of parallel lines around the core which will yield 8 even slices you can share … or not!
Q: What If I Have A Nut Allergy?
A: If we receive an order that requires special attention, such as a nut allergy, no nuts will be present during the production process. We do our very best to provide a nut-free zone while completing these orders. However, we CANNOT guarantee that any of the products we use have no come into contact with nuts at some point during production.
Q: Why are some chocolates gluten free and others not?
A: Our milk chocolate is not gluten free as it does contain a malt flavoring. However we do use a different milk chocolate on our apples, which is naturally gluten free. Our dark chocolate and white chocolate are naturally gluten free as well as many of our products!
Q: Are any of your products dairy free or vegan?
A: Yes, all of our dairy free and vegan options are labeled.
Terms & Conditions
Custom orders require 2 weeks lead time. Orders placed under one week from pick-up/delivery date are subject to additional fees. Changes to custom orders less then 1 week prior to order pick-up/delivery are subject to an additional charge.
All transactions are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All products are final sale and we do not accept returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your product please contact us directly at 416-531-4664 or [email protected].
We ship all products within 48 hours of a compete order, and will deliveries will arrive at their destination on the same day as it is shipped to ensure freshness and quality.
Please note we do not ship using major couriers during the summer months due to the nature of our products with heat.

Due to the nature of all chocolate and confectionery products we recommend they be kept and room temperature (below 25C) and out of any direct sunlight or heat sources. If the client choose to disregard this recommendation we will not hold responsibility for any altered products.
All products should be consumed within these recommended time frames:
Truffles: Within 2 weeks
Caramel/Candy apples: Within 1 week
All other products: Within 3 months
Products kept refrigerated may prolong these times frames.
Allergy Alert – We do use nuts and peanut within our store and production kitchen. We cannot guarantee any products have not come into contact with nuts. We can prepare products for larger custom orders to be nut free, but we can never guarantee that there will not be traces as they are present in our kitchen.
